Special Effects:Transitions

To add a transition between two shots: Click on the Transitions button.

Select the transition pattern you wish to use between these shots. Make sure the length of the transition is shorter than the length of each shot. You may wish to preview the effect of the transition by clicking on the Preview button.

When you are satisfied, click on the chosen transition and drag it to the join between the two shots.

(Wait until the red rendering line disappears before continuing.)
