Sparky

Walking home from school one day
Along with more children coming my way
Beside my feet a dog walked by
A Little white ball caught my eye

Running, gliding farther and farther
Closer to my new pet
Eyes filling up to the lids in joy
The sounds he makes with his furry squeaky toy

As I enter through my front door
Sparky came running over my floor
His bushy white tail brushing my legs
Bouncing higher and higher he begs

Biscuits were Sparkys to eat for a treat
Baths when he had muddy feet
Muddy tiles for mum to wash
All from Sparky though we love him lots
