The measure of a man is not how much pain he can endure

The measure of a man is how far he’ll go to protect his only son
The measure of a man is how much he can cook in an hour for his family

He cooks, he cooks and he cooks.
He never stops!
Souvlaki, Youvetsi, Mousaka, Tzatziki…

The Souvlaki, with the succulent pork seasoned with oregano, professionally skewered.
The Youvetsi, with the rice-like pasta and the tender lamb.
The Mousaka, with the aubergines and potatoes slopping out of the seemingly unappetising mushy mess.
And the Tzatziki, with the garlic enriched Greek yoghurt and the cucumber.

Soul food that tastes of Zakynthos
