My Little Sister

Rolling about like a falling rain drop,
Here she comes prancing with a dazzling red lollipop,
Playing with her sun coloured toy box,
Whilst reading Fantastic Mr. Fox,
Her golden hair shines like fine thread,
As she sits nibbling on her honey coated bread,
Her cheeks are rose as she enters through the door,
Off comes the Wellies and down the hall she soars,
Her enthusiasm fills the room,
Well how does she know this worlds coming to its doom,
We’ve stuffed our environment to the rimes with pollution,
Why can’t we come up with a positive solution?
I pick her up and hold her tight,
And for now she sleeps right through the night.
